Surrounded by beautiful countryside, our 17 lakes span a huge 30 acres, so you won’t be surprised to hear they’re home to an incredible variety of fish, including tench, rudd, roach, perch and carp. And with all that space for the fish to thrive, some of our anglers have been known to land carp as big in excess of 30lb. Nature reigns supreme in this idyllic corner of Devon – you know it’s a good sign when you’re joined by a kingfisher on your rod.
