Guest age restriction. At least one guest in the party must be aged over 21.
Deposits. Our standard deposit is £50 and is required to secure a booking.
Paying your balance. Your full balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, we will endeavour to remind you about this closer to the time but it’s worth popping in your diary!
Check in and check out. Check in times are between 2pm-4pm and vary by accommodation type – you will be notified of your check in time on your booking confirmation email. We ask that all guests check out by 10am.
Accommodation allocation. You select an accommodation type when you make your booking. When you check in you will be allocated an accommodation number and location.
If you need to make a change or cancel your booking
Changes more than 8 weeks prior to the start date. If we can accommodate your change request and it is received 8 weeks or more prior to your start date, we will not charge you for this. Please note that any difference in price will be due though, plus discounts or special offers received are valid only during the booking period so this may impact the total price of your stay with us.
Changes less than 8 weeks prior to the start date. Unfortunately cannot accept any major changes to bookings within 8 weeks to your start date. If your requested change can be accommodated we will endeavour to support you.
Adding/removing extras. Holiday extras such as dog beds, hampers fishing etc. can be added right up to 24 hours prior to your arrival, just call us and we’ll do everything we can to help
Cancelling your booking. If you have to cancel your confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible, deposits are non-refundable but as long as it’s at least 8 weeks prior to your stay there are no further charges and you will not be liable for your holiday balance.
Cancelling your booking less than 8 weeks from your arrival date. Should you need to cancel closer to your holiday date then we are unable to refund your full payment as we would not have adequate time to replace the booking with a new customer unfortunately, we will at this stage still be able to refund 50% of your booking value up to 4 weeks prior to your arrival, less than four weeks and you would not receive a refund.
Cancellation by us. Very, very occasionally, we may have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. If we have to do so we will tell you as soon as possible and you can choose either to have a full refund or accept any alternative arrangements to stay at another time.
Dogs at our park
We welcome dogs in many of our holiday accommodation and they stay for free. Up to three dogs are welcome in pet-friendly accommodation. We don’t accept dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act which are: Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa and XL Bullies.

Participation in this promotion via the method of interaction stated in the social post, is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Failure to comply with any part of this clause will disqualify the entry from the promotion.

Participants will automatically be entered into the draw to win an off-peak short break at Clawford Lakes, following the methods of entry on the TikTok post, shared on 30/04/2024.
One person can enter as many times as they like using a validated social media account.
Entries will be subject to moderation and entrants found to use multiple, bulk or falsified accounts to enter will be automatically disqualified.
The giveaway will run between 30/04/2024 and 14/05/2024 (inclusive), with entries only accepted during this time period.
One winner will be selected on 14th May 2024, using a random prize winner generator, based on the TikTok post entries.
The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable.
The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute another prize of similar or greater value.
Only those persons who are resident in the UK and aged 18 or over are eligible to enter this giveaway.
Employees of the Promoter (Lakeshore Leisure), any of the Promoter’s agencies and any of their parent, subsidiary and/or affiliate companies as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter. By participating in the promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
The winner will be notified with a comment on the TikTok post requesting them to privately message the Lakeshore Leisure account with their name, address and telephone number.
In the event that the winner does not make contact for any reason within seven days of the selection process date, the Promoter reserves the right to randomly select an alternative winner. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability to contact a winner.
The winner will need to provide contact details and your preferred date for your holiday by 21st May 2024.
