We care about the welfare of our fish

We pride ourselves on the welfare and sustainability of Clawford Lakes’ fish as well as the wildlife and birdlife that share our beautiful 80-acre estate. That’s why we only allow our guests to fish in our lakes and we also ask you to please abide by our fishing rules (They are only sensible anyway!). Thank you in advance.

Fishing on our lakes requires all persons over 12 years to have an Environment Agency rod license which can be obtained from any Post Office or by visiting https://www.gov.uk/fishing-licences

Some general rules…

• All litter to be taken away by anglers.
• All juniors must be accompanied by an adult.
• No climbing trees.
• No swimming or wading.
• Please respect other anglers and wildlife.

Fishing Tariff

• Half day : £7.00 (morning or afternoon)
• Full day: £10.00
• Week price: £35.00.
