Job Description / Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cook to join our Kitchen Team at Clawford Lakes.
Responsibilities
The duties will include but not be limited to
- Assisting the chef with food preparation activities such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients
- Assist with the preparation of all food, considering specific needs and special diet requirements
- Assisting the chef to cook orders according to food health and safety standards
- Always maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the food preparation and service areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards
- Handling multiple food orders as new orders arrive
- Ensure each guest order has the correct food and sides
- Storing all food properly
- Sanitising and cleaning work stations and utensils

Salary: £21,000.00 per year
