Seasonal Lifeguard

Lakeshore Leisure Group is a UK leisure brand which is owned by Capfun a French based family run business. Capfun has over 200 resorts across Europe and Lakeshore Leisure is its first acquisition within the UK. Capfun has both the financial backing and the ambition to expand and develop as relevant additional growth opportunities become available within the UK.

Clawford Lakes Resort and Spa has a mix of quality self-catering accommodation which includes lodges, apartments, cocoons, lake pods and floating lodges. Clawford Lakes Resort and Spa also provides a range of catering and leisure facilities on site which include a Spa with infinity pool and leisure activity lake.

We are currently searching for seasonal lifeguards to work at our brand new outdoor swimming pool and flumes. Your role will be to oversee the safe running of the pool and flumes on a day to day basis ensuring guests wellbeing.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of such activities or similar as well as having great communication skills. It would be essential that your able to build great rapport with our guests and help them have a great experience while holidaying with us. Hours:

We have up to 40 hours (5 days) per week available from May to the end of October with an additional 5-8 days of training before May.

Role:

• You should show the ability to work on your own initiative and work within an already established friendly team, a pride in working to a high standard and the understanding that we are a customer focused business. Knowledge and experience would be preferrable but is not essential.
• This will be a hands-on role to ensure our guests are safe and having a great experience
• You will be required to maintain equipment to high standards and do safety checks where required
• Delivering excellent customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to £12.75 per hour
