Subletting your lodge is a great way to earn an extra income when you’re not using your holiday lodge yourselves, to help offset any running costs and site fees.

Our fantastic on-site team are here to help and guide you through your letting experience and are there for you every step of the way striving to deliver the highest possible standards of service and generate you generate high value bookings for any weeks you are not staying yourself.

Our fully managed rental covers everything from managing your bookings, welcomes your paying guests, ensures lodges are cleaned and maintained between stays and takes care of all the renter’s needs during their stay.

Here’s an example of what you could earn from your lodge, showing how we have helped to realise over £32,000 net income for one of our owners at our sister park Lakeview Manor, from lettings this year.
