How our wristband system works

To keep things relaxed and comfortable for everyone, we use a wristband system. When you arrive, you’ll be given a wristband for a 1.5 hour session — plenty of time for a proper splash about.

Flumes & pool access

The flumes are big fun, but little ones need to be at least 8 years old and 1.2m tall to ride them — safety first! The outdoor pool itself is open to all ages, so everyone can join in.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Under 12s should be supervised at all times
• Dogs aren’t allowed in the pool area (sorry, pups — you can enjoy the doggy dipping lake later)
• Please keep alcohol out of the pool area
• Small inflatables are welcome
