We are very much looking forward to opening our doors to our first customers from Easter 2022 and the safety and wellbeing of our customers and our teams remain our highest priority. With this in mind, we will need to take account of Government advice regarding Covid 19 nearer the time, so if anything changes, we will communicate that change as soon as we can.

We look forward to welcoming you in 2022 for a well deserved escape away from it all.

The Quick Facts

Can I date switch my holiday in case of a Covid related issue, if needed?

Of course! We realise that flexibility and peace of mind are really important in this ever changing world with Covid cases, so our date switch guarantee policy allows you to re-arrange any holiday booking you make with us free of charge should your holiday be impacted by government regulations or covid related issues in your travelling party. Simply select another time for your holiday in the same year or even move your break to the following year. The choice is yours. To re-arrange your booking, please call our team on 01409 678018.

Can I transfer any payments already made?

In the case of a Covid related issue, that means you cannot travel for your booked holiday, any deposits or holiday payments can be moved in full to an available future date of your choice and there will be no additional charge for bookings in the same property moved within the same seasonal window, even if you choose to move your booking to the following year. You may even choose to move your holidays to a break with a lower value and we will refund you the difference, or a higher value in a different season and we will simply charge you the difference in cost. Feel free, too, to choose a different holiday accommodation type this time, and if available, again, we will simply charge you the difference in cost. The flexibility is yours. Looking after all of our guests while on holiday at Clawford Lakes is our biggest priority, and we’re working hard behind the scenes to ensure that all our cleanliness remains tip top at all times, our guests feel super safe and, most importantly, that everyone really enjoys their holiday stay with us every single time.

In line with coronavirus guidance, we follow some carefully considered procedures across all of our sites and designed to provide us all full peace of mind. This includes extra room cleaning and extensive final checks, contactless check-in and our team
